Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, assessing functional limitations to establish individualized treatment plans targeted at enhancing mobility and rehabilitation.
• Implement and monitor evidence-based treatment protocols to address orthopedic conditions, making adjustments as needed based on patient progress.
• Document all patient interactions meticulously in electronic health records to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and provide consultations to other healthcare providers regarding treatment outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey is mandatory.
