The Orthopedic Physical Therapist will work onsite in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility, where we utilize the latest technology and treatment methodologies. The atmosphere is designed to promote teamwork and communication among health professionals, enhancing the overall care experience for our patients. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, allowing for a work-life balance while engaging in fulfilling rehabilitation work.

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with orthopedic conditions, assessing their functional limitations and disabilities to devise tailored treatment plans that meet individual needs.

Implement evidence-based treatment protocols that align with evaluation findings, considering each patient's unique presentation and health status.

Document all patient interactions meticulously, including initial evaluations, daily notes, progress summaries, and discharge plans, to provide a clear continuum of care.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure holistic patient management, recognizing shifts in patient conditions that may necessitate adjustments in the treatment approach.

Participate in discharge planning, ensuring patients transition smoothly from therapy to home or other settings, while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

The primary patient population includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Our therapists focus on the individualized needs of each patient, promoting functional independence and a higher quality of life. As a member of our team, your interventions will play a critical role in achieving improved health outcomes and empowering patients to regain their mobility.

Must possess a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey, granted by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.

A minimum of two years' experience in outpatient orthopedic settings, demonstrating a strong practical foundation in patient management.

Current CPR certification is required to ensure patient safety and competent emergency response.

Experience using electronic health records (EHR) systems to track patient progress and enhance communication with the healthcare team.

Exposure to diverse rehabilitation techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, is highly desirable.

Involvement in community outreach activities or wellness programs that promote physical health and rehabilitation awareness.
