Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their unique goals and circumstances.

• Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care.

• Establish and monitor therapeutic goals, regularly evaluating client progress and adapting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions, ensuring that clients have accessible options for support, particularly for those who face mobility or transportation challenges.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions, progress, and treatment plans to uphold ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as either LCMFT (Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor), or LCSW-C (Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Clinical).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective rapport building with clients and collaboration with team members.

• A strong sense of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients.

• Demonstrated organizational and time-management abilities to efficiently handle caseloads.

Preferred Experience\n

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to applicants with previous experience in community mental health settings, especially those adept in working with cultural diversity and complex case management. Compensation and Benefits\n
