• Follow the team’s proven sales process from the initial appointment through signed contract.
• Negotiate offers and contracts with guidance and support from the team.
• Collaborate with transaction coordinators and marketing staff to ensure a smooth closing process.
• Participate in weekly training and coaching sessions.
• Stay updated on Charleston market trends to provide clients with the best guidance.

• Valid South Carolina real estate license required.
• Coachable and willing to follow a proven system while taking direction from leadership.
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to consistency, accountability, and showing up.
• Ability to build genuine rapport, trust, and lasting relationships with clients.
• Located in, or willing to serve, the Charleston tri-county area.
