What This Role Actually Looks Like

• You’ll receive a steady flow of inbound Zillow buyer leads
• Speed-to-lead is non-negotiable — seconds and minutes matter
• Your job is simple: convert conversations into appointments and signed clients
• You’ll operate inside a structured system with clear KPIs and accountability
• This is a performance-driven role , not a passive pipeline
