• Pay Rate: $75.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Day (4x10 Hours) 7:00-17:00 / Night (4x10 Hours) 22:00-8:00; weekends required (0730-1700); on-call required overnight hours for patient care requiring a pharmacist; block schedules required

Job Summary

This is an inpatient pharmacist travel/contract position at a Critical Access / Level III Trauma Center teaching hospital with 25 staffed beds. The role operates at a ratio of 1 pharmacist to 25 patients and does not involve floating between units.

Required Skills

• Licensed Pharmacist (RPh / PharmD) - Oregon license required
• Inpatient pharmacy experience
• Epic charting system experience

Preferred Skills

• Inpatient pharmacy experience preferred
• Epic experience preferred

Education Requirements

• PharmD or RPh License - Required
• Oregon Pharmacist License - Required

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• On-call required: overnight hours for patient care requiring a pharmacist
• Weekends required (0730-1700)
• Block schedules required
• Patient ratio: 1 pharmacist to 25 patients
• Scrub color: Any color; scrubs provided for OR, Critical Care, ED, and Maternal Child
• Charting system: Epic
• Parking: No fee
