Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Silver Crest, you will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals facing mental health challenges stemming from various backgrounds and socioeconomic statuses. Your caseload may include clients dealing with issues such as substance abuse, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. A strong cultural competence is essential to ensure that therapy is responsive to the unique needs of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of four years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling, with a track record of successful client outcomes.

• Proficient understanding of mental health disorders and an ability to apply evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
