Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify the unique needs and goals of each patient, using validated assessment tools and techniques.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, incorporating modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment that encourages open communication and personal growth.

• Organize and lead psychoeducational and support groups, fostering community and shared experiences among patients facing similar challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic and coordinated approaches to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, offering immediate support and stabilization as needed.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and local resources available to enhance their support system.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state-issued license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
