This remote position allows therapists to manage their work schedules flexibly, choosing billable hours that range from 10 to 30 per week. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct outpatient mental health treatment, including comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and short-term counseling adapted to various client needs.

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based approaches to address issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship dynamics.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary clinical team to create and execute treatment plans, ensuring individualized care is delivered effectively.

• Utilize an array of therapeutic techniques, including crisis intervention, behavioral therapy, and skills training, to address the urgent needs of clients.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or equivalent (Psy.D.) to practice in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
