This role is completely remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions and client assessments from the comfort of your own home while maintaining the necessary work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth, assessing clients’ needs, creating personalized treatment plans, and adapting therapy techniques to support their mental health goals.

• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, that align with regulatory and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to develop comprehensive interventions and ensure holistic treatment.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute emotional or behavioral difficulties, utilizing evidence-based approaches to guide them through these challenging moments.

• Facilitate effective communication with clients’ families and support systems to provide education on treatment plans and foster a collaborative approach to ongoing care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active licensure in the state of Washington as either an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or an equivalent credential, demonstrating your qualifications to practice independently.

• Effective computer skills, with proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR), Microsoft Office Suite, and telehealth technologies for seamless service delivery.

• Proven ability to work independently, exhibiting self-motivation and strong organizational skills.

• Excellent communication skills to articulate treatment plans, progress, and recommended interventions to clients and their support teams.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of three years of experience providing mental health services within an outpatient setting is required, equipping you with a solid foundation in counseling techniques and patient management.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and variations in delivering therapy services, as well as familiarity with crisis intervention protocols.

Compensation and Benefits\n
