This role is responsible for processing invoices, expense reports, reimbursements, and vendor payments while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks. Responsibilities Process invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements. Review documentation and purchase orders for accuracy. Manage a high-volume email inbox and respond to inquiries. Enter and maintain data within company systems. Research and resolve invoice discrepancies. Assist with payment processing and vendor communication. Qualifications Previous accounts payable, invoice processing, administrative, or data entry experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Additional Information Contract-to-hire opportunity. Long-term growth potential.
