Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' family dynamics and individual mental health issues.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.

• Guide clients through the grief process and work on resolving negative emotional effects resulting from familial issues.

• Create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, ensuring transparency and collaboration.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

• Deliver expert testimony during legal proceedings, effectively communicating findings and treatment insights.

• Document client interactions and therapies in compliance with confidentiality regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base encompasses a wide array of cultural backgrounds and family structures, providing therapy for issues relating to marital discord, parenting challenges, grief, and trauma. As an LMFT at Central Valley Counseling Center, you will engage with a diverse patient population, helping them navigate complex dynamics and cultivate healthier relationships. Qualifications\n

• A completed master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
