Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients, utilizing evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy from a regionally accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a social worker (LCSW), counselor (LPC), or marriage and family therapist (LMFT) in Texas.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adults.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic methods, particularly CBT.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to maintain clear documentation and reporting of client progress.

• A clean disciplinary record with no actions taken by licensing boards in any jurisdiction.
