The Peaceful Mind Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated Full-Time Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our compassionate rehabilitation team. This position operates remotely via a telehealth facility, enabling you to engage with clients in a convenient and accessible manner from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments by meeting clients to discuss their personal objectives, preferences, and available rehabilitation options, laying the groundwork for tailored care plans.
• Design, implement, and manage individualized rehabilitation programs that reflect clients' educational backgrounds, skill sets, physical capabilities, and career ambitions.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care that meets each client’s specific needs.
• Maintain thorough documentation for each client, including personal details, treatment plans, progress notes, and insurance information, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Continuously evaluate client progress through detailed tracking of their achievements and obstacles, adjusting care plans as necessary to enhance their success.
• Engage with clients regularly while they participate in job training and related activities, offering support and resolving any issues related to their placements.
• Act as a liaison to support client families and caregivers in identifying and addressing the unique challenges faced by clients in their recovery journey.
• Conduct timely assessments and compile reports to inform ongoing care strategies and document client outcomes.
• Provide referrals to additional resources as required, ensuring clients have access to all necessary support systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will focus on a diverse clientele primarily consisting of individuals dealing with various mental health and mood disorders. Clients may present with conditions requiring both short-term and long-term therapeutic interventions. By employing evidence-based practices and a client-centered approach, you will assist clients in achieving recovery milestones and returning to everyday activities.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy is essential.
• A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license is required, demonstrating your credentials in the field.
• Experience working with mental health populations in both inpatient and outpatient settings is crucial, providing a foundation for effective care delivery.

• Strong clinical skills, including experience with motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral approaches, and documentation practices.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000. In addition, we provide a robust benefits package, including:
