Work Environment

This full-time position primarily operates in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility in scheduling while meeting with clients through teletherapy sessions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health to identify their specific challenges and develop effective treatment plans tailored to their unique situations.
• Provide compassionate and individualized therapy sessions focused on promoting personal growth, resilience, and improved mental health.
• Establish collaborative therapeutic goals, consistently track client progress, and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Utilize teletherapy tools and platforms effectively, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face transportation or mobility barriers.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, supporting ongoing care continuity.

Qualifications

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
