Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing strong therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining appropriate boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to evaluate their progress, address concerns, and discuss treatment goals; prepare for timely discharges when deemed appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on client needs and progress, employing evidence-based practices.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Perform thorough intake assessments to gain insight into clients' mental health history, presenting problems, and treatment requirements.
• Engage in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and receive constructive feedback on therapeutic approaches.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and foster integrated treatment approaches.
• Maintain a growth-oriented mindset, constantly seeking opportunities for personal and professional development within your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adults, children, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your role will be crucial in empowering these clients to overcome their struggles and achieve their mental health goals within the least restrictive environment.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
• Current and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential, unrestricted and independent.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting, directly providing counseling services.
• Proficient in using technology for documentation and communication, including programs such as Excel, RMS systems, and Outlook.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct intake assessments and provide effective individual psychotherapy.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds, including those from the LGBTQIA+ community and various ethnicities.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and practices relevant to outpatient settings.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers competitive compensation within the range of USD 75,000 – 90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. We practice a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates, allowing clinicians to earn income with no wait for reimbursement.
