Key Responsibilities

• Utilize your extensive training, education, and experience to independently formulate psychosocial diagnoses for a diverse range of patients.
• Engage with patients to collaboratively develop personalized, patient-centered treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.
• Deliver behavioral interventions grounded in evidence-based practices such as solution-focused treatment, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation. You will employ these techniques to empower clients to navigate their mental health challenges.
• Coordinate care effectively with other professionals, including psychologists, primary care providers, and service specialists, fostering an integrated approach to patient care focused on holistic outcomes.
• Systematically track and monitor patient responses to treatment, whether in-person or via virtual sessions, ensuring ongoing progress towards established treatment goals.
• Support patients in managing medications prescribed by medical providers, including assessing treatment adherence, monitoring side effects, and evaluating efficacy, thereby enhancing the overall treatment experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a broad spectrum of patients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various other mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a valid and unrestricted license to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado.
• A minimum of one year of experience as an independently licensed therapist, demonstrating a solid foundation in providing comprehensive mental health services.

Preferred Experience

While one year of experience is the minimum requirement, experience working with a diverse patient population—particularly in community health settings—will be highly regarded. Familiarity with remote therapeutic practices and digital health tools will also enhance your candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits
