Work Environment\n

This position is uniquely designed for a remote work setting, primarily utilizing telehealth platforms to facilitate effective therapy sessions with clients. The work schedule generally follows a Monday through Friday format, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs and availability.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Deliver therapy to individuals, couples, and families using various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, addressing symptoms and guiding behavioral changes.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, fostering an environment where individuals can share their experiences and learn coping strategies.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for each patient.

Qualifications\n
