The flexibility of a fully remote office supports work-life balance while allowing clinicians to reach a broader audience. Our work hours are generally Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the possibility of occasional evening shifts based on patient demand. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments through video consultations to evaluate and document the needs of children and adolescents.

• Provide crisis intervention and responsive support during urgent mental health situations, employing strong assessment skills to guide immediate action.

• Engage patients and their families in discussions about mental health conditions, available treatment alternatives, and community resources to promote informed decision-making.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in alignment with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring compliance with health regulations.

• Participate in team meetings and professional development initiatives, staying current with the latest research and best practices in child and adolescent mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on children and adolescents experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, and conduct issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona is essential.

• Profound understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders and a variety of therapeutic approaches, especially in evidence-based practice.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering individual and family therapy, effectively engaging young clients and their support systems.

• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with children, adolescents, and their families, promoting an open and comfortable therapeutic experience.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and digital tools necessary for telehealth delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
