Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Phoenix Rise Counseling, you will engage in various therapeutic practices aimed at enhancing family dynamics and resolving conflicts. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual sessions with family members as well as joint sessions with couples to address specific challenges.
\n
• Developing personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of patients’ needs, including treatment for alcohol abuse, grief, family conflicts, and communication issues.

• Facilitating therapy sessions that may include structured interventions focused on blended families and managing the transition during separation or divorce.
\n
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment methods as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide the most cohesive care for patients.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient sessions and treatment plans in accordance with organizational policies and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals and families, including diverse populations dealing with a variety of issues such as job stress, health problems, and relationship conflicts. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
