Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand client needs and formulate effective treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances. Implement various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others, aimed at promoting self-awareness and growth among clients. Regularly set therapeutic goals with clients and monitor their progress through structured feedback sessions and adaptive modifications to treatment plans. Provide remote therapy sessions through secure teletherapy platforms, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face barriers to in-person visits. Maintain meticulous documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes, aligned with ethical standards and organizational policies. Participate in ongoing professional development initiatives and team meetings, fostering collaboration and enhancing therapeutic techniques. Patient Population / Client Focus Your client focus will be diverse, addressing a wide range of mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related symptoms, and more. Qualifications A current and valid state license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Advanced degrees, such as master's or doctoral qualifications, are preferred. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective client interactions and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. A demonstrated capacity for empathy, compassion, and non-judgment, fostering trust and rapport with clients. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently in a remote work environment. Preferred Experience Previous experience in private practice or clinical settings, providing therapy to individuals from varied backgrounds. Exposure to trauma-informed care approaches and skills in crisis intervention. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation and reporting. Compensation and Benefits This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
