Inside Sales Account Manager

Job Title: Inside Sales - Account Manager Location: Currie, North Carolina, United States Contractor Work Model: Onsite – onsite Compensation: $70,000 - $100K based on experience Plus Benefits Package Potential growth to Outside Sales! Manufacturing experience is a plus! Work Schedule: MON_THURSDAY 7-5 FRIDAY 1/2 DAY Responsibilities Manage quoting, order entry, follow-up, and customer documentation Maintain timely communication with customers regarding inquiries, orders, and delivery timelines Coordinate customer requirements across internal departments Support order tracking, reporting, and CRM updates Build strong customer relationships and support business development activities Identify workflow improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency Support trade shows and customer engagement initiatives Requirements 5+ years of inside sales, account management, or customer-facing experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities Experience working in fast-paced, customer-driven environments Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Preferred Experience CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot Lean or continuous improvement exposure Manufacturing, industrial, or nuclear industry experience Sales operations or process improvement experience System One is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
