About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Commercial for its new department, which is focused on launching cutting-edge initiatives in defense tech. The successful candidate will be part of an elite team and will have the opportunity to work in a high-growth environment with a maximum ownership approach. This role is ideal for individuals with a high-agency builder mindset, proven domain expertise, and a drive for extreme end-to-end ownership. The Head of Commercial will be responsible for leading and executing core 0-to-1 initiatives, translating strategic vision into execution roadmaps, and driving the implementation of scalable solutions to position the department for rapid growth. Applicants for the Head of Commercial position should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation or remote arrangements. The role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, as well as the ability to work directly with the department founder and collaborate with a world-class team. The focus is on achieving strong market validation and scalable traction quickly, with an emphasis on good ideas and fast execution. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and dynamic individual, capable of driving critical milestones and potentially leading the department towards a spin-off to attract institutional backing.
