Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, diagnose conditions, and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other modalities that best suit your clients' individual goals.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, offering immediate support and strategies for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.

• Document all client encounters meticulously, maintaining accurate, confidential records in compliance with ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to make informed choices.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) is required.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
