• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work closely with lead teachers, counselors, and other support professionals
• Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to students' individualized plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students individually or in small groups to reinforce positive behaviors and learning objectives
• Support teachers and staff with classroom management and day-to-day activities
• Track and document student progress and behaviors as directed
• Foster a safe and respectful environment, encouraging social, emotional, and academic growth
• Help with transitions, follow routines, and participate in specialized programming as needed
