This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations with patients to gather detailed information regarding their physical health history and current symptoms.
• Assess and diagnose movement dysfunction and develop personalized treatment plans that address the specific needs of each patient.
• Educate patients about therapeutic exercise techniques, empowering them to actively participate in their own recovery process.
• Administer hands-on therapies such as stimulation and massage to facilitate healing and restore movement.
• Guide patients in the correct use of mobility equipment, ensuring they feel comfortable and confident during their rehabilitation.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, tracking progress and modifying treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Provide advice and support to patients and their families about in-home treatment options and exercises to reinforce rehabilitation efforts.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, or facing physical challenges due to aging or injury. With a personalized approach, you will be at the forefront of helping these individuals regain independence and mobility, which is essential for their overall well-being.

Qualifications

• A Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective interaction with patients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including word processing and familiarity with electronic medical record systems.
• A flexible and agile attitude to adapt to the varying demands of patient care.

Preferred Experience
