Position: Admin Assistant Location: Harmony, MN Pay: $20–$23 per hour About Us We are a utility contractor providing services such as directional drilling, trenching, and fiber installation. Position Overview We’re looking for a reliable Office Assistant to support daily office operations and help keep communication flowing between the office and field teams. This role includes administrative, basic accounting, and HR support tasks. Responsibilities Assist with invoices, vendor payments, and basic bookkeeping tasks Support payroll preparation and time tracking for field crews Help maintain employee files and documentation (training, certifications, etc.) Assist with new hire onboarding paperwork Manage incoming/outgoing mail and office correspondence Provide administrative support to project managers and field teams Help keep the office organized and stocked with supplies Requirements Strong organization and attention to detail Professional communication skills Reliable transportation Ability to pass a drug test Previous office or administrative experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
