You will work primarily in an outpatient office setting while remotely managing your interactions and responsibilities. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to create individualized treatment plans that address clients' specific mental health concerns.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements while utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems for efficient workflow.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure holistic support and care for each client.

• Evaluate ongoing progress and modify treatment plans as necessary while participating in regular team meetings to discuss client outcomes and share best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n
