Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments through structured interviews and standardized instruments to determine patients' needs, strengths, and barriers to care.

• Develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, implementing therapeutic techniques that promote healing and resilience.

• Facilitate psychoeducational support groups aimed at empowering patients through shared experiences and community-building.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care effectively.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention services and support for patients facing acute mental health emergencies.
\n
• Document patient interactions and progress in electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities and stay current with the latest evidence-based practices and trends in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders and an extensive toolkit of evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Ability to effectively conduct comprehensive assessments and develop actionable treatment plans.

• Experience working with individuals and groups from diverse demographics and evidence of strong therapeutic rapport.

• Exceptional communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred, along with proficiency in relevant software applications.

The salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
