About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to play a pivotal role in translating the organization's mission and strategic vision into daily operations. The COO will be responsible for leading cross-functional operations, driving the annual work plan, and fostering a culture that is welcoming, inclusive, and high-performing. This includes streamlining systems, coaching leadership, and ensuring strong collaboration across departments. The successful candidate will oversee the operational pulse of the organization, with a focus on strategic plan implementation, annual work planning, and maintaining operational excellence. The role also involves leading the Operational Leadership Team, establishing operational efficiencies, and championing a future-ready work environment that embraces technology and data. Candidates for the COO position at the company should have a bachelor's degree and at least 10 years' of relevant experience in affordable housing or related fields. The role requires exceptional strategic thinking, project management, and people skills, as well as the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels. The COO will be expected to have a proven track record in managing large-scale initiatives, be detail-oriented, and possess strong communication abilities.
