Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive assessments that identify the strengths and needs of new patients and their families.

• Deliver individual and family therapy sessions, developing personalized treatment plans based on patient input and clinical findings.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including billing entries, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, adhering to designated timelines.
\n
• Design and implement crisis intervention strategies, including safety and relapse prevention plans, to assist patients in maintaining stability.
\n
• Create effective discharge plans that facilitate continuity of care and bolster long-term success for patients transitioning out of therapy.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and NEHS policies while upholding ethical standards in practice.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.
\n
• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings to share insights and support collaborative patient care.

• Complete all licensure and mandatory training requirements to maintain professional competence.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve diverse populations of individuals and families undergoing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. You will deploy evidence-based techniques tailored to the unique cultural and personal contexts of each client, enhancing their engagement in the therapeutic process. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a closely related field that leads to licensure.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW) in the State of California.

• Prior experience in outpatient mental health settings is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
