Key Responsibilities\n

• Effectively utilize electronic medical records to monitor, document, and communicate patient progress, ensuring alignment with clinical goals and the social work plan.

• Provide timely and accurate updates to both clients and supervisors, ensuring transparency in care processes.

• Demonstrate a commitment to professional development through ongoing training, reflecting the requirements set by licensing boards.

• Address any identified financial or social needs of clients by providing relevant information and assistance.

• Fulfill other duties as assigned to enhance service delivery and team cohesion.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client focus for this role includes young individuals facing various mental health challenges. You will work closely with adolescents and their families, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns. With a proactive and empathetic approach, you will be equipped to help clients navigate their personal journeys towards healing and empowerment.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and independent mental health license in the state of Oregon, such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC, is required.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution is necessary for this position.

• Strong ability to assess and prioritize caseloads while maintaining the quality of services rendered.

• Excellent communication skills, coupled with the ability to motivate clients and instill hope.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a fast-paced outpatient environment and managing high caseload volumes.

• Demonstrated competency in utilizing electronic medical record systems effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
