Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that include pre-crisis and crisis strategies, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Complete all clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulatory standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies provided by our clinical teams during assessments and ongoing interventions.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance client outcomes.
\n
• Engage actively in the agency’s licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the highest standards of care.
\n
• Serve as a primary liaison with various service systems, including state agencies and community partners, ensuring clients have comprehensive access to necessary resources.
\n
• Establish and maintain communication channels that align with MHA’s mission and community engagement goals, promoting a holistic approach to mental health recovery.
\n
• Develop professional relationships with local and federal agencies to promote our programs and identify potential funding opportunities and partnerships.
\n
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities including attending conferences, workshops, and representing the agency at task forces, facilitating personal and team growth.

• Embody and promote the organization's values and mission within both clinical practice and community interactions.
\n
• Perform additional relevant duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to meet organizational and client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse range of clients including adults and children facing emotional disturbances, substance use issues, and developmental challenges. Your therapeutic approach will be client-driven, facilitating healing and resilience within a supportive and respectful environment. Your work will have a direct impact on clients’ recovery journeys, empowering them to regain control of their lives and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• Possession of an Independent LMHC License is mandatory.
