This position is primarily remote, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your own workspace while being part of a dynamic community health clinic atmosphere. While following a typical work schedule of Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, you may need to exhibit flexibility in your hours to accommodate the needs of your patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health states and develop personalized treatment plans employing evidence-based practices.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address clients' diverse needs effectively.

• Maintain precise and confidential clinical records, diligently ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant guidelines.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
