Work Environment\n

As a remote full-time Mental Health Therapist, you will have the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home while remaining connected to a supportive team. While our primary work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, we understand the importance of adjusting schedules as needed to align with our clients’ needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for new clients to develop detailed and personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.

• Implement effective therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapies to address varied mental health issues.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring client confidentiality at all times.

• Collaborate with an integrated team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver holistic care through clinical teamwork and shared decision-making.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving individuals facing diverse mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, and stress-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New Jersey.
