Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to connect with clients in the comfort of your own environment while utilizing our advanced telehealth platform. Our work culture emphasizes flexibility, with core hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM. While these hours are set, some flexibility may be needed to accommodate patient needs and schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments through virtual consultations, utilizing evidence-based practices to identify client needs and create tailored treatment plans.

• Implement effective therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting techniques based on individual client profiles and progress.

• Maintain confidential and accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring client privacy and security.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychologists and psychiatrists, actively participating in case consultations and peer reviews to enhance service quality.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment possibilities, and community resources to foster informed decision-making.

• Stay informed on the latest developments in mental health research and integrate relevant findings into clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients encompass a diverse demographic, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. You will engage with clients of all ages, providing tailored support and treatments designed to meet their unique needs and circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New Jersey.

• Demonstrated understanding and application of solution-focused and evidence-based therapeutic approaches in a clinical setting.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective client interaction and collaboration with team members.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities tailored to the evolving needs of clients.
