Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and create comprehensive understanding of their backgrounds, goals, and challenges.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions for clients experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management, ensuring a safe space for expression.

• Engage with couples and family units through therapy sessions that address relationship dynamics, enhance communication skills, and resolve conflicts.

• Design tailored treatment plans that include specific objectives and interventions, regularly updating these as client's progress and needs evolve.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention as required, giving essential support to clients experiencing acute mental health challenges.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health, exploring coping strategies and available resources that they can utilize to foster recovery.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records—encompassing evaluations, treatment plans, notes on therapeutic progress, and outcome measurements—while strictly adhering to ethical guidelines and legal mandates.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this role ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
