Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to determine client needs.

• Work collaboratively with clients to create personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique goals, cultural backgrounds, and specific mental health challenges.

• Implement therapeutic interventions based on established modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) across individual, couple, family, and group settings.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services to clients in acute distress, coordinating closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care.

• Maintain thorough clinical documentation in compliance with clinic policies, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.

• Offer psychoeducation and resources to clients and their families, empowering them to better manage their mental health conditions.

• Regularly assess treatment outcomes to measure effectiveness and adjust care plans as needed.

• Stay abreast of contemporary mental health research and practices, integrating new insights into your therapeutic approach.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
