Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' trauma history and establish tailored treatment plans that reflect their individual needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on trauma recovery, resilience-building, and measurable therapeutic goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including methods such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions that enable patients to process their trauma, develop effective coping strategies, and promote emotional healing.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for each patient.

• Offer crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating swift and effective response skills.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, effective coping mechanisms, and community resources available to them.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience in the field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
