Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ histories and needs effectively.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery, focusing on individual patient strengths and needs.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Leading individual and group therapy sessions designed to facilitate processing of traumatic experiences, employing strategies that encourage healing and resilience-building.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, integrated care for each patient.

• Responding to crisis situations with immediate intervention, offering support during trauma-related emergencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.

• A strong foundation in trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a compassionate approach toward patients.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred, we value candidates with demonstrated experience in delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and a capacity to maintain composure in high-stress situations are highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n
