Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center, where you will work within a supportive interdisciplinary team. The clinic operates on a full-time schedule of 40 hours weekly, inclusive of variable weekends. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive examinations and evaluations of patients to develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Provide consultations to other healthcare providers and maintain clear communication regarding each patient's continuum of care.
• Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress, and discharge summaries accurately, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Engage in continuous education and training to stay informed on best practices and new methodologies in physical therapy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, patients, and their families in the treatment planning process and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Supervise and mentor assigned support staff, promoting efficient use of department resources while maintaining high standards of care.
• Participate in community outreach and quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and program development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary patient population consists of individuals facing a range of orthopedic challenges, including post-surgical recovery, chronic pain management, and injury rehabilitation. You will be responsible for crafting individualized treatment strategies that consider the unique cultural, social, and physical backgrounds of each patient.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Current state license in Physical Therapy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and general computer skills.
• Dedication to upholding Lifepoint's standards for customer service and patient care.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, prior experience in a clinical rehabilitation setting is preferred. Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities and techniques will be a significant advantage. Compensation and Benefits

In recognition of your skills and contributions, the annual salary for this role ranges between USD 100,000 and 120,000.
