Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostics of mental health disorders, collaborating with clients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based interventions and treatment modalities to facilitate positive client outcomes.

• Engage actively in the therapeutic process by collaborating with clients to set realistic treatment goals, regularly reviewing progress and making necessary adjustments to the treatment plan.

• Respond promptly to crises, offering immediate crisis intervention and referrals to appropriate resources or services when required.

• Maintain diligent and accurate clinical records in accordance with state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and training sessions, to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Florida.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• A minimum of four years of experience in an outpatient mental health setting, demonstrating your capacity to provide effective therapy.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities, coupled with a proven track record of successful client outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your professional expertise, we offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
