Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop personalized therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of each client through thorough assessments and ongoing evaluations.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, couples, and groups, fostering a supportive environment conducive to healing and growth.

You will work primarily with underserved populations in San Antonio, offering therapeutic support for a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
