Location: Lafayette, LA

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift

Become our next Accounts Payable Specialist in Lafayette and help manage invoices, receipts, and payment tracking. If balancing worksheets, clearing queues, and staying ahead of the numbers feels good, this role is built for you.

Job Duties

  • Code and key invoices
  • Purchase order matching
  • Set up new vendors
  • Answer all vendor calls
  • Multi-state invoicing

Requirements

  • 3+ years of progressive accounts payable experience
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent problem solver
  • Highly computer proficient
