Senior Account Executive

Who You Are A sophisticated enterprise hunter who can open doors, host discovery, and own deal momentum with strategic founder support. You're comfortable with longer sales cycles, complex stakeholder environments, and founder-led closing models. You take pride in building trust and credibility, not just hitting quota. What You'll Be Doing Reporting to the CEO, you'll own the full builder sales cycle from first meeting through signed contract. You'll open doors, lead discovery, navigate stakeholders, and drive deal momentum. Partnering with our founders, you'll support executive conversations strategically when needed to close, while maintaining full ownership of deal progression and follow-through end-to-end. Leverage relationships to open doors and secure executive meetings with enterprise builders Lead discovery, qualification, and multi-stakeholder conversations Own deal momentum, follow-ups, and internal coordination Bring founders into strategic executive conversations when needed to close Partner with Strategic Operations on deal orchestration and next steps Represent Virtuo in-market at builder events, conferences, and industry gatherings How You'll Be Measured Qualified Executive Meetings Deal Progression Rate Deals Closed per Quarter What We're Looking For 7-10+ years of enterprise sales experience (full-cycle) Proven track record closing complex deals Comfortable with long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying processes Experience in founder-led environments Relationship-first approach Field sales experience (this is a field-based role—candidates must be based in Texas, with Dallas-Fort Worth as the initial focus) #J-18808-Ljbffr
