You will proactively scout for areas of market growth and identify opportunities for repeatable projects that create foundational revenue streams.Alongside these client-facing responsibilities, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of consulting engagements by managing pipeline development, forecasting resource needs, and monitoring consultant capacity. By serving as the strategic bridge between Business Development and delivery, you will ensure that qualified leads are efficiently converted into revenue-generating, high-margin wins.
