Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ mental health histories and current challenges, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans. Deliver individual therapy sessions, employing treatment modalities specific to each client's needs, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care. Set and monitor therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, adjusting treatment plans as needed to reflect their evolving needs. Offer teletherapy services to ensure that clients can access support, regardless of geographical or accessibility constraints. Maintain precise and confidential documentation of clients’ progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards. Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, or peer supervision to continuously enhance your therapeutic skills. Patient Population / Client Focus At Mind Foundation, we serve a diverse range of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and various mental health challenges. Our goal is to provide tailored support to each individual, respecting their unique backgrounds and personal experiences. With the shift towards remote services, we are also focusing on ensuring accessibility for underserved populations who may face barriers to traditional in-person therapy. Qualifications Current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). A bachelor's degree is required, while a master's or doctoral degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, or psychology is preferred. Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically, fostering strong therapeutic relationships with clients. Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance client caseload and administrative responsibilities efficiently. Preferred Experience Experience in a similar role within a community health clinic or private practice setting is preferred. Familiarity with teletherapy practices and a proven ability to build rapport in a virtual environment will enhance the effectiveness of your practice. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
