Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to develop tailored therapeutic strategies for each client.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups to address a range of mental health concerns.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to deliver customized care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care and refer clients to additional services or specialists as needed.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records that comply with legal and ethical guidelines to ensure accountability and transparency in client management.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, trainings, and other educational opportunities to remain informed about new research and advancements in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. You will address various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relationship issues. Your role is vital in providing support and understanding, helping clients navigate their unique challenges and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical standards governing the practice of counseling.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to express empathy and connect with clients effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse counseling, or trauma-informed care is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with the potential for bonuses. Additional benefits include flexible scheduling, a generous sign-on bonus, and opportunities for telemedicine and in-person client interactions.
