Accounting Manager

About The Role The role leads the accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring rigorous compliance with US GAAP, SOX, and SEC frameworks. The position will direct month-end close processes, audit readiness, and technical accounting research to support the financial operations of a growing technology enterprise. Key Responsibilities Manage the full cycle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes in compliance with US GAAP Oversee internal controls and drive SOX compliance, testing, and remediation across financial systems Prepare SEC filings including 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K reports utilizing modern financial reporting software Partner with external auditors and manage annual audit deliverables and PBC requests Perform technical accounting research for complex transactions, revenue recognition, and equity accounting Supervise junior accounting staff, reviewing journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and cash flow statements What We Are Looking For 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting (Big 4 preferred) and high-growth corporate environments Active CPA license required with deep working knowledge of US GAAP, SOX internal controls, and SEC regulations Advanced proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite or Workday) and financial data tools Strong communication skills with a track record of cross-functional collaboration and team leadership Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
