Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of each patient's medical history, lifestyle factors, and physical condition to determine their specific rehabilitation needs.
• Collaborate with patients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their recovery goals, ensuring they understand the rationale behind each intervention.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic exercises designed to enhance mobility, strength, and flexibility, adjusting protocols as necessary based on patient progress.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques, including dry needling and trigger point therapy, to effectively manage pain and facilitate recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on proper body mechanics, injury prevention, and home exercise programs to promote independence in their healing journey.
• Monitor progress meticulously throughout treatment sessions, adjusting therapeutic approaches as needed to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations, ensuring all documentation is complete and up to date.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse outpatient population dealing with a range of orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting, with a track record of successful patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

You will receive a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
